Abstract

To evaluate the influence of defatted coconut flour on the parameters morphométrics of the gastrointestinal tract and accessory organs of growth rabbits, they were sacrificed at the end of it feeds it male 30 rabbits of the  chinchilla breed fed with five diets and distributed in a completely randomized design, the treatments were constituted by a diet referencial and the inclusion of 10, 20, 30 and 40% of defatted coconut flour, the relative weight of the digestive system was controlled, I weigh absolute and relative to the PV of the stomach, absolute and relative weight to the blind PV, the blind longitude, colon-right and of the thin intestine, content stomach, contained cecal, relative digestive content to the PV of the stomach and the blind, weight of the liver and spleen. The digestive system was cut in stomach, thin intestine, thick intestine and this in turn in blind and colon-right for its prosecution, where the mediciones. The results indicate that the animals fed with levels of the 30 and 40% of inclusion of defatted coconut flour in the diet showed the biggest absolute pesos in the stomach, while the absolute weight and relative of the blind, as well as the measures of the thin and thick intestine didn't have variation among the treatments, on the other hand the stomach content showed that it was superior in the animals fed with the 30 and 40% of inclusion of the defatted coconut flour. The accessory organs showed little variation, alone they were differences in the case of the liver among the group they consumed 30% and the group of the diet referencial.
